Josh Howard is helping us transform our Claims Department and provide exceptional customer service to Floridians! He brings extensive knowledge and experience, with over 15 years in the insurance industry. Josh began his career with Nationwide Insurance.  Most recently before joining Monarch, Josh was an Assistant Vice President for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that managed programs for multiple carriers in coastal states. Josh’s experience includes building out a claims department, catastrophe planning and response, developing and providing oversight of a preferred vendor program, and litigation. Josh joined HP Managing with the goal to develop a best in class claims department with a focus of delivering on its promise to the insured, to be there in their time of need.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Josh has a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
