Rebecca leads HP Managing’s sales and growth strategies, with a focus on building strong partnerships with agency partners and delivering insurance solutions that positions our carriers, agency partners and insureds for long-term success. Rebecca brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and strategic growth within the insurance and financial services industries. Her broad expertise and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to our organization.

Rebecca joined HP Managing as Director of Sales and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Growth, reflecting her leadership and contributions to the organization’s continued success. In her current role, she works across departments to develop growth strategies, strengthen agency relationships, enhance the partner experience, and identify new opportunities that support the company’s long-term vision. She is passionate about creating innovative solutions that align sales, operations, marketing, and technology to drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining HP Managing, Rebecca represented a leading Florida regional insurance carrier, where she spearheaded marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and cross-functional strategic projects. She also held roles as a Business Development Manager and Territory Sales & Marketing Manager, gaining extensive experience in agency distribution, sales leadership, and relationship management.

Rebecca is passionate about insurance education and has been involved with Project InVEST for more than 15 years, helping introduce high school students to the insurance industry and the many career opportunities it offers. She is equally committed to mentoring employees and sharing her industry knowledge with agency partners and peers. Her broad understanding of sales, operations, and strategic growth, combined with her enthusiasm for the insurance industry, makes her a trusted leader and valuable resource to the HP Managing team.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Central Florida, holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation from The Institutes, and is currently pursuing her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Outside of work, she serves her community through leadership roles on various boards and loves to spend time with her family.
